On Tuesday, there is a presentation for each company. Our company presented on our system, FAST FOOD ORDERING SYSTEM. Besides that, other company also presented about their system.

There is a short meeting on the Tuesday night. we're discuss further about each company proposed system and after considering all the possibilities, our group decided to send 4 proposal which is for Tourism Management System (Nine-Tech Corp), Online Tshirt Store (11Heaven Inc), Payroll System (Allinone5Company) and Learning Alphabet Courseware (Lunar4Studios Corporation).

Since our company have 8 members, 2 members will works together to produce and come out with one proposal.

The four proposals are submitted on Thursday morning at 8.40am. During class session, proposal that send by other groups to our group is distribute. There are 4 companies that interested to do our system. The companies are 11Heaven Inc, Lunar4Studios Corporation, Nine-Tech Corp and Allinone5Company.

On this week, the analysis phases before we choose the right company is done by CEO, Muhammad Mujahid bin Zakaria, Project Supervisor, Nor Atiqah binti Ahmad and Project Leader, Leong Lien Jack. The rough analysis is made after reading the proposal only. The outcomes from the analysis are:-

Lunar4Studios Corporation

• Each module in our project did not describe in a complete ways.
• Chosen software development methodology are defined fairly in the proposal
• Estimation time – 3 month
• Estimation cost – RM50 000.00
• Maintenance and support – applicable if involves technology changes only. (terms and conditions apply)

Eleven Heaven Inc

• Good explanation on each module in this system.
• Chosen software development methodology are defined fairly.
• Estimation time – 3 months
• Estimation cost – RM150 000.00
• Maintenance and support – free for 3 years including the adding for more features and modification

AllinOne5Company

• Fair explanation on the overall system
• Chosen software development methodology is not suitable for this system.
• Budgeting is defined clearly and propose module is fairly explained.
• Estimation time – 3 month
• Estimation cost – RM18 000.00
• Maintenance and support – Not available

Nine Tech Company

• Fair explanation on the overall system
• Chosen software development methodology is good with details explanation.
• User characteristics and template of user interface is given.
• Estimation time – 3 and a half month
• Estimation cost – RM12 200.00
• Maintenance and support – available with terms and condition apply

However, this analysis is just a rough analysis and further discussion with each company is done by our others group members. The decision on which company that wins our project will be announce on Mondays after our company meetings.
